Refund & Cancellation Policy — AISOScope & Signal Loom AI Services

No Refunds. No Returns.
All Signal Loom AI services — including AISOScope subscriptions, AISO Bot credits, API access, and digital products — are sold as-is and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services, once a purchase is made or a subscription period has begun, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for unused time.
If you experience a technical issue with our service, contact us at contact@signalloomai.com and we will work to resolve it. Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund — but we will make it right where we have fallen short.
Subscription Billing & Cancellation — AISOScope
AISOScope is billed as a monthly subscription (Starter $9.99/mo, Pro $15/mo, Agency $20/mo). You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Email: contact@signalloomai.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds or credits for partial months
- Your API key and competitor data remain accessible through the end of your paid billing period
Digital Credits & API Access — AISO Bot
All AISO Bot token credits and API purchases are final. Credits are consumed immediately upon use and cannot be recovered or refunded once spent.
Chargebacks
If you experience a technical issue with our service (failure to deliver audit reports, API downtime beyond our control, billing errors), contact us within 30 days of the issue:

We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a credit to your account or refund the affected transaction.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your API keys will be immediately deactivated and your account may be suspended.
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback, as most issues can be resolved quickly.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@signalloomai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
